Webinar on How to Improve Speaking Skills

Green University Language Center (GULC), in collaboration with British Council, has successfully organized an online discussion on “How to Improve Speaking Skills” on 29 November 2021 at 06.00 PM (BST).

The session focused on the students who have a constant fear regarding their English speaking abilities. Speaking skill is one of the most important skills we learn, as they allow us to communicate with others and express our thoughts and feelings. Two experts from Teaching Centre, British Council- Mr. Redwan Ul Islam and Ms. Sinthia Rahman attended the discussion as guest speakers. Mr. Redwan talked about different aspects of Speaking Skills and probable ways to improve them through a proper plan. In the second segment, Ms. Sinthia explained how teachers can also develop their English Teaching skills with the help of the British Council. There was a very fruitful Q/A session at the end where participants got the chance to learn from the experts.

Ms. Serajum Munira, Assistant Professor, Department of English and Director, Green University Language Center graced the special event as the Session Chair and guided throughout the event. With the vote of thanks from her, the event came to a conclusion.
