Successful Completion of the National Mourning Day Quiz Competition-2022

To commemorate the 47th Death Anniversary of the father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Green University Language Center (GULC) has successfully conducted the National Mourning Day Quiz Competition on Saturday August 13, 2022.

Based on prior registration, GUB students were eligible to participate in the quiz competition. Registered students were communicated through their respective email addresses, and an event page was created on Facebook to provide participants with real-time updates on the program. For allowing the students to take sound preparation for the competition, clear guidelines and relevant books were shared with them beforehand. The demo session for the competition was conducted at 07:30 pm on August 12, 2022.

The screening phase of the competition was held using Kahoot and Zoom at 11:00 am on August 13. Among the 220 participants, 117 of them qualified for the final phase of the competition, which was held at 7:30 pm on the same day. The top 7 scorers received certificates and attractive prizes.
